How to join us:
- Choose your room type below, then place your non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD.
- 50% of your Retreat cost is due August 15th, 2025
- The balance is due in full November 15th, 2025
We'll do our best to pair you with a roommate. However, if we’re unable to find a match, your double room will be treated a single, and a single occupancy supplement will be added to your retreat fee.
Make it a Business Write-Off: If you own a business or are an entrepreneur and this retreat supports your professional growth, it may qualify as a tax-deductible expense. Check with your tax advisor to see if you can write it off.

FLIGHTS: Arrive into San Jose International Airport, then take a 25 min short domestic flight to Quepos La Managua Regional Airport. It's a good idea to spend the night in San Jose to rest and catch the morning flight into Quepos. Arrive on January 18th in Quepos for our group pick-up by 1pm. Check in is at 2 pm on the 18th of January at the NEST. Check out is 10am on the 24th of January.
What's Not Included:
- Your round-trip airfare from home
- Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance
- Any transportation by Uber/taxi to and from the venues outside the itinerary
- Airport transfer at non-designated group pick-up & drop off times
- Other non-included items would include souvenir shopping, personal phone calls, taxis and rental cars.
